About the role

As a Senior Product Owner at Airudi you will help us to create innovative supply chain logistics solutions that are human-centric. The ideal candidate is stimulated and energized by a fast-paced startup environment, and must be creative, highly motivated, and passionate about people and technology.  

You will be part of a diverse and multidisciplinary team comprising of product management, designers, software developers, human resource specialists, data scientists and AI researchers. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead product planning, scheduling and implementation 
  • Business analysis: gather, define, manage and prioritize customer and business requirements 
  • Use analytical skills to ask the right questions, create, organize, translate and cross-reference requirements  
  • Contribute decisively to the product vision, strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the customer 
  • Act as the main contact with the customer: approach, feedback, satisfaction, expectation management 
  • Work closely with the engineering and management team to ensure that business case and customer satisfaction objectives are met  
  • Support customers in their change management initiatives when adopting Airudi’s artificial intelligence solutions 
  • Contribute to the definition of a long-term product strategy 
  • Instill a “product” mindset in engineering partners  
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives and deliverables 
  • Provide guidance and support to the development team 
  • Monitor and manage the defined project scope and scale 
  • Work closely with the technical team to create and maintain an order book based on business value or return on investment 
  • Leverage a solid understanding of the end-to-end user journey to improve experience and results 
  • Work closely with the design team in an iterative design review process to help define and improve product design 
  • Ensure acceptance criteria have been met by the development team 
  • Write release notes to the customer 

 

Required skills and qualifications 

  • Previous working experience as Product Owner (between 7 to 10 years)
  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
  • Previous working experience of 3 years or more as a Business Analyst or equivalent (set yourself apart)  
  • Degree in related field (computer science, supply chain management, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
