Your role in a nutshell

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in stimulating business opportunities in our target markets by closely collaborating with the marketing and business development departments.

Your mission? To participate in positively transforming workplaces by developing and promoting our AI solutions that put people at the center of operations.

Your daily responsibilities 

  • Follow up with various leads (events, website, LinkedIn, etc.) and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Conduct demonstrations of our product lines
  • Participate in various promotional events such as trade shows, conferences, and other outreach activities
  • Continuously monitor target markets and competitors to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate in the development of B2B marketing tactical plans tailored to our different markets
  • Coordinate and maximize the use of HubSpot CRM by the Sales and Marketing team
  • Work closely with the Sales team to create effective materials: presentations, email templates, service proposals, and more
  • Contribute to performance reports of sales activities and implement improvements based on data

 

What our ideal candidate should have

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or B2B solutions sector
  • Proficiency in French and English (that’ll allow you to interact with all of our North American, European, and African clients)
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup, innovative and creative environment, or tech/AI sector (an asset)
  • Strong teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • High level of autonomy and proactivity
